Through Brooke's unique personal training style & methods, you can develop a love of yourself & your body - where it is currently at and where we will take it.

In Personal Training sessions with Brooke, you will learn to connect to the body, listen to it's cues and develop a loving relationship with moving your body. We will focus specifically on where your body is at and Brooke will structure your work-out to challenge you, to build strength, tone, and cardiovascular fitness.
Your workouts will be tailored for you and your body - what it needs to support you with your life, your day to day activities and everything that is going on with and around you. Because guess what? Everything that happens in our day – and our approach to it – affects our body and how we move... and that is unique to you.

Brooke is the perfect combo of cheerleader and team coach all in one. She will put you through your paces (appropriate to your level of fitness, of course), keep you accountable and encourage you all the way. Pom poms are optional...

Train with Brooke
Sessions are available 1:1 or 2:1,
online via Zoom. We will work with the equipment that you have (or don't have!) available at your home and tailor each workout to you and your body.
​
You can choose from 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions, as often as you like. Brooke can structure a program of sessions for you to achieve a specific goal, to set up a foundation with your exercise regime, or ongoing sessions to consistently develop strength and overall fitness.
