Class Types

We offer both Pilates and Group Fitness classes. Our fitness classes are fusion style classes, combining the best of Pilates with traditional strength training, cardio & core stability.

We combine a range of different exercises, utilising your own body weight and free weights. We are regularly adding in new moves or combinations of moves to keep things fresh.

Our classes are designed to make you work, to take things to another level - without overriding your bodies cues.

Pure Pilates - Flow

Pure Pilates Flow classes are our straight-up (pure) mat Pilates classes.  They are low-impact workouts with a key focus on improving core strength, postureal alignment, mobility and flexibility so that you can move more efficiently and perform your day-to-day activities, & your other Sass workouts!, with more ease and flow. 

Each class offers a full body workout.

Pure Pilates - Dynamic

Pure Pilates Dynamic classes are our straight-up (pure) mat Pilates classes with a spicy, sassy edge.

These classes have a strong focus on building strength, stamina & stability - whilst improving core stability, postural alignment, mobility and flexibility.  

These classes are moderate impact classes and offer a full body workout.

Strong & Sassy

Strong & Sassy workouts are our signature strength & conditioning class.  Designed with Brooke's trademark sass & flair with each class offering a full body workout. Combining the best of strength & conditioning, cardio & Pilates inspired movements, these classes target the 4 major energy systems in the body and are guaranteed to get those glutes burning!

Cardio Cutie

Cardio Cutie classes are our signature cardio classes - no equipment required & you can do them the comfort of your own home. These classes are designed to improve your overall cardiovascular fitness, get the body moving, shake things up and leave you with that sweaty, dewy glow.

Stretch, Connect & Core

Our Stretch, Connect & Core classes are low intensity, chill-axed classes to support with body awareness, connection and stretching out those limbs. These classes are all kinds of delicious - gentle, deliberate movements to support you turning inward and enjoying being with your lovely self.

Fitness Foundations

Fitness Foundations are our foundation level classes - offering you a 30 minute, full body workout. These classes introduce, or re-introduce you to all of the key exercises we use throughout all of our classes and give you the space to develop fitness and confidence.
